Government Agency Website Development

A government agency's website is judged by whether citizens find what they came for, not by how it looks. Legia designs and builds the agency's official site along with its public service portals, as it did for BNPT, PPID BNPT, and JDIH BNPT.

Ask the Legia team ↗
How much does it cost to build a government agency website?

Cost depends on the number of pages, the service channels built such as PPID or JDIH, the number of languages, and integration with other systems. The packages on this page give an initial estimate; the exact cost is given once the scope is agreed in the consultation.

How long does it take to build an agency website?

An official site of about 17 pages is generally finished in 4 weeks, and one of about 20 pages in 5 weeks. A service portal with request and tracking flows, such as PPID, is built as a web application with an estimate of 3 to 6 months for a mid-size system. The exact schedule is agreed before work begins.

Can the website be installed on the agency's own domain and server?

Yes. If the agency already has its own domain or hosting, the website is installed there. If not, the domain and hosting for the first year are included in the package, and renewed for an annual fee from the second year.

Can Legia build PPID and JDIH portals?

Yes. Legia designed and built the PPID BNPT and JDIH BNPT portals, including information request forms, tracking by registration number, request statistics, and legal document search with validity status.

What if procurement goes through a tender?

Send the tender or RFP document through the Tenders & RFPs channel on the Contact page, along with its deadline. The document is only attached to the Legia team's email and is not stored on the server.

How is agency website security protected?

Service portals are built with role-based login, an activity log, automatic backups, and security checks, with a scope agreed at the needs assessment stage. For deeper testing, Legia also runs website penetration testing.

Can the public relations team update the website content itself?

Yes. The website is built on a content management system, so your team can change text, images, news, and documents without developer help. A short training is given at handover.
