IT Support & IT Infrastructure Management

Legia runs your company's IT infrastructure on subscription, from servers and cloud to the office network, workstations, and employee accounts. All of it sits under one contract, one point of contact, and one monthly report.

Pricing

How much does IT Support & Infrastructure Management cost?

The subscription is based on the number of devices, servers, and users managed. The initial inventory sets the figure, so the contract does not start before the asset list is clear.

  • Number of servers and cloud environments
  • Number of workstations and employee accounts
  • Number of office locations
  • Service hours and response time
  • Scope of license and asset management

What is an IT support service?

An IT support service is a subscription that handles a company's day-to-day IT needs: employee requests, workstations, accounts, the office network, and servers and cloud. At Legia, everything comes in through one ticketed channel, is run by one team, and reported monthly, with all accounts staying in your company's name.

How much does an IT support service cost per month?

The basis is the number of servers and devices managed, the number of users supported, and the scope of service hours. Repairs of broken hardware and cloud provider bills are not included. Legia gives the details after the initial inventory in the consultation.

Does Legia come to our office?

Most requests are resolved remotely without waiting for a visit. For work that requires being on site, visit schedules and coverage areas are agreed in the contract according to your office location.

How fast are requests handled?

Response time follows the service hours and severity levels written in your contract, with issues that stop work handled first. Every request has a ticket number, so you can trace its status and handling history.

How does this differ from server management and website maintenance?

Server management handles the servers where systems run. Website maintenance looks after the website and its content. IT Support & Infrastructure Management brings the layers of servers, office network, devices, and users together in one contract and one report.

What is the minimum number of users to subscribe?

Legia adjusts the scope to the number of users and devices in your office. The threshold at which a subscription makes sense is discussed in the consultation, along with a comparison to per-incident handling.

We already have IT staff. Is this still needed?

Many companies use Legia as a complement, not a replacement. Legia handles daily requests and repetitive work so your internal IT staff can focus on bigger work.

How is access for departing employees handled?

All access of departing employees is revoked as soon as Legia receives notice, then documented. Forgotten old accounts are one of the most common security gaps in companies, and this record-keeping stops them piling up.

Can I cancel at any time?

The subscription runs for a minimum of one year. After that, you can stop with the notice period written in the contract, and Legia hands over all access along with the asset list and documentation.

Is the purchase of devices and licenses included?

No. Purchases of devices and licenses are billed separately and made in your company's name, so warranty and ownership stay with you. Legia helps choose and handle the purchase.
