01Acceptance of terms
By accessing legiatechnology.com or using the services of CV Adikara Digital Solusindo (“Legia”), you are deemed to accept these terms.
If there is any difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions of these terms, the Indonesian version prevails.
02Definitions
- Legia: CV Adikara Digital Solusindo, the service provider under these terms.
- Client: the party that agrees a project contract with Legia.
- User: anyone who accesses legiatechnology.com.
- Services: the work Legia provides, covering development, infrastructure, security, and maintenance.
- Deliverables: the work product Legia hands over to the client, including code, design files, and documentation.
- Project Contract: the written agreement that sets the scope, schedule, cost, and deliverables of a single project.
03Relationship to other documents
If documents conflict, the order of precedence is: the Project Contract, then these Terms & Conditions, then the Service Standards (see /standar-layanan/), then the marketing pages on the site.
The content of service pages on the site is a general description and not a binding offer.
04Use of the site
Users must not:
- Access parts of the site that are not meant for the public without permission.
- Copy site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Disrupt the operation of the site, including deliberately overloading the server.
- Scan or run security tests against Legia's systems without prior written permission.
05Scope of services
The scope, schedule, cost, and deliverables of each project are set out in its own Project Contract. Work outside the agreed scope is handled through an additional agreement.
06Client responsibilities
To keep the work on schedule, the client:
- Provides the information, materials, and system access needed on time.
- Names one person responsible who is authorized to make decisions.
- Gives approval at the stages agreed in the Project Contract.
Delays in meeting the above may shift the delivery schedule without being Legia's responsibility.
07Payment
Design and custom development work begins after a 50% down payment is received. Subsequent installments are set out in the Project Contract.
All fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Invoices are due 14 calendar days after issue unless the project contract says otherwise. Payment more than 30 days late may cause work to be paused until the invoice is settled; such a pause pushes back the project schedule and is not a default by Legia.
08Intellectual property
Project deliverables become the client's property once all payments are settled.
Legia retains ownership of the tools, frameworks, and general components reused across projects. The client receives a right to use those components to the extent needed for the deliverables handed over.
Legia may only name the client and show its work as a reference after obtaining the client's written approval.
09Confidentiality
Both parties keep information obtained during the engagement confidential and use it only to carry out the work. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
10Warranty and its limits
Legia provides a 30-day fix warranty from the date the Handover Record is signed.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by changes made by others, changes to third-party services, or requests for new features outside the original scope.
11Limitation of liability
Legia's liability for losses arising from the performance of services is limited to the amount the client has paid for the part of the work that caused the loss. Legia is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of data whose backups are outside Legia's control, or losses arising from devices, third-party services, and the client's own actions. This limitation does not apply to losses arising from Legia's intent or gross negligence.
12Termination
Subscription maintenance and SEO services run for a minimum of one year. Termination is given in writing at least 14 days before the end date.
After the engagement ends and all payment obligations are settled, Legia hands over the client's access, accounts, and data.
13Force majeure
Legia is not considered in default for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, epidemics, riots, war, government action, large-scale internet outages, or failure of third-party infrastructure providers. The party affected notifies the other within a reasonable time, and both parties agree on rescheduling. If the circumstances last more than 60 consecutive days, either party may terminate the agreement without liability for damages, while still settling payment for work already done.
14Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute is first resolved through discussion within 30 days of written notice. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled through the District Court in the jurisdiction where Legia is domiciled.
15Changes to these terms
Legia may update these terms. Changes are announced on this page together with an updated effective date and version number, and take effect from that date.
