Six service pillars delivered by one team, from design and development to cloud, security, growth, and day-to-day support.
A school website is read by two groups of parents who arrive in different seasons: parents of prospective students when admissions open, and parents of current students all year for announcements and schedules. Legia structures the website so each group has its own path.
Website contents
The structure used on the SDK Santo Yusup II site. The final structure is set with the school at the needs assessment stage.
Latest announcements as a strip right below the hero, found by parents without opening a menu.
A dedicated page with registration rounds, announcement dates, a downloadable brochure, and committee contact.
History, vision and mission, teachers and staff, and the accreditation you want to show.
Activities split by area, from learning to sports, so they can be browsed by interest.
Documentation of activities and parents' stories, because a school is judged by its atmosphere, not a list of facilities.
News of activities and the school calendar, kept apart from announcements so important notices do not get buried.
Address, map, service hours, and a WhatsApp button to the administration office.

Ask the Legia team ↗Cost depends on the number of pages, the number of languages, extra features such as online registration, and whether the copy is written by Legia or the school. The packages on this page give an initial estimate; the exact cost is given once the scope is agreed in the consultation.
A school website of about six pages is generally finished in 2 to 3 weeks, and one of about 16 pages in 4 weeks. The exact schedule is agreed before work begins, including if the website must be ready before the new student admissions period.
Yes. The admissions page has registration rounds, announcement dates, a downloadable brochure, and committee contact. Online registration that stores prospective students' data is counted as an extra feature, and its scope is set at the needs assessment stage.
Yes. The website is built on a content management system, so staff or teachers can add announcements, news, and activity photos without developer help. A short training is given at handover.
The domain and hosting for the first year are included, as is the SSL certificate, and from the second year they are renewed for an annual fee. Legia can also help with registering a .sch.id domain, and if the school already has its own domain, the website is installed there.
Design revisions are not capped until the design is approved. Changes of direction that come up after a stage has been approved are counted as a separate request.
