01Introduction
CV Adikara Digital Solusindo (“Legia”) sets these Service Standards as the reference for how Legia delivers, reports on, and supports client work. These standards complement the terms written in each Project Contract and do not replace them.
If there is any difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions of these standards, the Indonesian version prevails.
02Scope of Services
These standards apply to all six of Legia's service pillars:
- Website & UI/UX
- Apps & Software
- IT Infrastructure & Cloud
- Cybersecurity
- SEO & Digital Marketing
- IT Support & Consulting
The scope, requirements, schedule, and deliverables of every project are agreed in writing with the client before work begins.
03Quality of Work
Every deliverable goes through internal review before it is handed over, and every handover comes with technical documentation.
Legia provides a 30-day fix warranty from the Handover Record for errors originating in Legia's own work. The scope and exclusions of the warranty are set out in the Terms & Conditions.
04Response & Communication
Legia responds to reports received on business days within 1x24 hours. For clients with an ongoing support agreement, response times and incident priority levels are set separately in each contract.
Changes that affect scope or schedule are communicated before the work is done, not after.
05Project Delivery
Work is delivered in stages, with results the client can review at every stage, not only at the end.
Changes in requirements mid-project are logged as separate requests, assessed for their impact on time and cost, and agreed before they are carried out.
Handover covers delivery of code, documentation, and access. Ownership of deliverables is set out in the Terms & Conditions.
06Security & Confidentiality
Legia signs a confidentiality agreement before receiving access to client systems or data.
Access is granted only as far as the work requires, logged, and revoked once the work is finished.
Client data and documents are handled in line with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, and are not shared with anyone else without written consent.
07Anti-plagiarism
Everything Legia delivers is original work made for the client concerned, whether code, design, or copy.
Legia does not copy the work of others, does not reuse one client's deliverables for another, and does not resell work whose ownership has already transferred.
If a deliverable contains third-party components, they are listed with their licenses in the handover documentation.
08Anti-corruption & Gratuities
Legia prohibits every form of bribery, extortion, and gratuity in winning or carrying out work, whether given or received.
Legia employees must not request or accept gifts, commissions, or perks from clients, prospective clients, or suppliers that could influence work decisions.
Devices and licenses bought on behalf of a client are purchased without taking a commission from the provider. Suspected breaches of this rule can be reported to the email address in the Questions section.
09Use of Images and Commercial Assets
Legia only uses images, icons, fonts, and other assets whose licenses are valid for the client's commercial use.
The source and license type of each asset are recorded and handed over with the project files, so the client can trace them at any time.
Assets supplied by the client are assumed to be properly licensed. Legia is not liable for claims arising from assets the client provides.
10Limits on the Use of Artificial Intelligence
Legia uses artificial intelligence tools as an aid, not as a replacement for the team's work and responsibility.
Client data and documents are not entered into public artificial intelligence services without the client's written consent. For work involving sensitive data, such tools are turned off.
Every deliverable assisted by artificial intelligence tools is still reviewed and approved by a person before it is handed over, and Legia takes full responsibility for its content.
Clients may ask for stricter terms, which are written into the Project Contract.
11Changes to These Standards
Legia may update these standards. Changes are announced on this page together with an updated effective date and version number, and take effect from that date. The standards that apply to a project are the version in force when its Project Contract is signed.
