PT Intan Mitra Solusi

IMS sells three things with different buyers: heavy equipment rental, maintenance contracts, and used units. Legia designed and built the site so each has its own path through to a quotation request.

01About the client

PT Intan Mitra Solusi (IMS) is engaged in the rental, maintenance, and sale of heavy equipment for the mining and construction industries. Its head office is in Jakarta, and its projects are spread across several regions including East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, and Bangka.

02Challenge

Heavy equipment renters do not choose from a list of brands. What they ask first is always the same: which units are available, to which project site they can be delivered, and who bears maintenance during the rental period. Until those three questions are answered, no one requests a quotation. On top of that, IMS sells three lines at once to different buyers: those looking for short-term rental are not weighing maintenance contracts, and those looking for used units are not looking to rent at all.

03Legia's approach

The three lines are split into separate pages under Services & Business, each opening with an explanation of its scope and closing with a call to request a quotation, so readers do not have to filter out two offers that are not their concern. Long service pages get section navigation right below the hero, so readers who only want one section can jump to it without scrolling the whole page. The project portfolio is arranged as a section of its own and tagged by region, because delivery reach is what gets confirmed most often before people get in touch. The email address sits in the top bar and stays visible from any page.
