01About the client

PT Intan Baru Prana Tbk, formerly PT Intan Baruprana Finance Tbk, is a public company engaged in the trade of commercial transport equipment. The company was founded in 1991 and since 2003 has been part of PT Intraco Penta Tbk (INTA Group), acting as a subsidiary that supports the group's heavy equipment business. Its services include hauling contractors, heavy equipment rental, and used equipment sales.

02Challenge

A public company must disclose documents whose number grows every quarter: financial statements, information disclosures, shareholder composition, and committee charters and governance policies. If everything is piled into one menu branch, the documents analysts look for sink, and if it is mixed with the service pages, prospective heavy equipment customers get lost instead. The name change from Intan Baruprana Finance adds one more thing: some visitors still search for the old name and must still land on the right company.

03Legia's approach

Investor Relations, Governance, and Sustainability are built as stand-alone navigation branches, separate from the Business Activities that customers read, so neither of the two readers has to go through the other's pages. The management section is arranged in two levels: a side menu for all of About Us, and tabs within the page for the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and affiliate relationships, so a long list does not pile up into one scrolling page. The company's history along with its former name is written in the profile section and used as a search marker. The site is bilingual with search in the top bar, since disclosure documents are more often found by keyword than through the menu.
