Newtronic Solution

Hardware product names mean nothing to readers who do not know them yet. Legia built the site so each line opens with what it is for first, then the details.

01About the client

Newtronic Solution is an electronic systems provider based in Bandung. Its products include the iQue queue management system, interest rate and exchange rate boards, digital signage in the form of Smart Table, iPoster, videowalls, videotrons, and interactive display panels, as well as security equipment such as CCTV, alarms, face recognition, and thermal cameras. Its customers are companies from various sectors, with banks and financial institutions as the main market.

02Challenge

Hardware catalogs have a typical problem. One product can be used for very different needs, and its name tells readers who do not know it nothing: iPoster and ITRF mean nothing until explained as being used for something. Conversely, buyers in the banking sector already know exactly what they need and do not want to work through the catalog from the beginning. The site also has to accommodate two ordering routes at once, direct quotation requests and purchases through government procurement channels.

03Legia's approach

Each product line gets its own page that opens with a short explanation of what the equipment is used for, not a specification table, followed by usage examples as illustrated cards. That way an unfamiliar product name immediately has context. Groups that contain several variants, such as digital signage, are arranged in tabs on one page so readers compare videowalls, interactive panels, and videotrons without jumping around. The home page puts the queue system as the first door because it is what the banking sector looks for most. Security equipment is gathered in one side-by-side grid so lines that are not the reader's main destination are still seen in passing, and the quotation channel is repeated at the foot of each product page.
