Six service pillars delivered by one team, from design and development to cloud, security, growth, and day-to-day support.
Natural health products are bought because of a complaint, not because of their category, and an ingredient's name may mean nothing to a new buyer. Legia designed and built the store so the reason is read first.
Alamme is a brand of natural health food and drinks. Its range includes black garlic whole, as powder, and blended with honey, a variety of honeys, juices, and derived products. The raw materials are sourced together with local farmers, and the products are marketed as made without added sugar, preservatives, or artificial colors.
Buyers arrive with a complaint, not a product name. They look for an answer to blood pressure, cholesterol, or immunity, while a term like black garlic may not be recognized by someone hearing it for the first time. If a product card shows only a name and a price, a new buyer has no reason to stop. On the other hand, the brand sells the story of where its ingredients come from, and that story must not slow down people who are ready to buy. The store also has to stay manageable by the brand's own team after handover.
The home page opens with a reason, not a catalog: the opening banner explains the problem the products address first, followed by best-sellers and new products that can be added to the cart right there. Each product card carries a benefit badge and a quality mark directly on its image, so buyers who do not know the ingredient still get a reason without opening the product page. The brand story is split into its own page with a visual style different from the catalog, so readers who want to know where the ingredients come from have their own place without blocking people who are shopping. The store is built on Shopify so the catalog, promotions, and orders can still be managed by the brand team after the project ends.
